A Fool's Gold wooden jigsaw puzzle titled "Dahlia so bright, a bee's delight" was recently on display at the League of NH Craftsmen's "Yours and Mine" exhibit in Concord, New Hampshire.
This beautiful puzzle represented the collaboration of photographer Fred Parsons and puzzle cutter David Beffa-Negrini.
Parsons saw "puzzle possibility" when
he photographed the dahlia and approached Beffa-Negrini with the
idea. The puzzle contained 258 pieces and included a single bee figural (shown above) that was displayed near the center of the flower.

Fred Parsons
Fred Parsons has been photographing New England and the Southwest for many years. His approach to photography is primarily to seek strong composition and color. As a result, the majority of his work comes from the fall season in New England and the red rock country of Arizona. It is Parson’s hope that his work will help others to see yet another perspective of the beauty that exists around each of us in our daily lives.
Here are a few images of Fred Parson's beautiful photography that we can
craft you a puzzle from. Puzzle sizes and piece count are approximate.

An classic image. One can see it as a barn; one can view it also as a church as its cupola is near the side of the building.
